This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between Customer and Rise Digital Strategies ("Company") for Facebook & Instagram Ads Management. By signing this Agreement, Customer agrees to be bound by both this Agreement and the Master Service Agreement ("MSA") available at risedigitalstrategies.com/msa, which this Agreement incorporates by reference — including its terms on Ownership, Payment, Liability, and Termination, which are not repeated here. This Agreement and the MSA take effect together upon signature. If any term below conflicts with the MSA, this Agreement controls only as to the service added here.

Facebook Ads Setup + Management
- Create new campaign based on targeted demographics, services, etc.
- Craft and test offer based on industry experience of proven offers
- Create ad copy, use of images, headline, and lead ads.
- Create, design, and install retargeting ads.
- Optimize the cost per lead/ROI based on data on an ongoing basis.
- Optimize the campaign through multiple testing ads
- Automate lead delivery through SMS & System notification

Fees & Term

Monthly Management Fee: $1,000 / month per ad account
Billing Start Date: 09/15/2026
Initial Term (defaults to 3 months per MSA Section 8.1 unless noted)
Ad Spend Budget (billed separately to platform): Varied. Recommend starting at $35-50 per day

Acknowledgement & Signature

I have read and agree to the Master Service Agreement at risedigitalstrategies.com/msa, which is incorporated into this Agreement.

I understand I will be contacted by Rise Digital Strategies via phone, SMS and email.

Electronic Signature: I agree that my electronic signature below carries the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and I consent to conduct this transaction electronically.

Payment Authorization: I authorize Rise Digital Strategies to charge the payment method provided for the fees described in this Agreement, and I certify I am an authorized user of that payment method. I will not dispute legitimate charges made in accordance with this Agreement and the MSA with my card issuer or bank without first contacting Company. This authorization remains on file for future billing under this Agreement unless revoked in writing.
